About Me:

My name is Haley and my partner and I recently welcomed our own beautiful baby to the world, making me a mother. I have spent the last five years working in the travel industry and traveling for leisure along the way. Exploring and immersing in new places is my passion. After living in South America I became a flight attendant, and then went on to work for a small cruise ship line. During that time I also volunteered with Kentucky Refugee ministries where I discovered the fulfillment of working with women, children, and families. I am currently a student of Psychology with a focus on mental health, which is also a driving force of passion for this work. My own birth journey, combined with my admiration of the strength in the journey of others is what inspired me to become a certified birth and postpartum doula. I believe in community and I believe that everyone deserves birth support. . My goal in this work is to do all that I can to empower women and families who are on their own unique paths. My heart is committed to being the best support person I can be alongside families, as they navigate the new trials of birth, babies, and motherhood. The Divine Feminine is a concept which speaks to the feminine energy within us all that sparks intuition, nurturing, and the cycles of transformation. This is something that I felt deeply connected to in my own laboring experience and will constantly motivate me in birth work. My work will focus on making your postpartum transition as smooth as possible, and I am dedicated to promoting the health of new mothers during this monumental new season of life. I look forward to meeting you and being by your side through such a transformative experience. I will support your birth however it needs to be supported; at a birth center, at home, or at a hospital.
